Krasnoyarsk gasoline prices drop; cheapest stations listed

Gasoline prices in Krasnoyarsk Krai continue to decline. According to Krasnoyarskstat at the end of January 2026, a liter of AI-92 cost on average 61.95 rubles (about $0.65 at current rates), AI-95 — 66.33 rubles (about $0.70 at current rates). Since early December popular grades have become cheaper by 3–5 rubles: at that time, AI-92 cost 65.34 rubles, and AI-95 — 68.96.
Recall that in autumn 2025, fuel in the krai sharply increased in price — by October, gasoline had added almost 20% to last year«s prices. The reason cited was repairs at several Russian oil refineries and a reduction in market supply. In November, the growth stopped, and by winter, prices began to fall.
One of the reasons for stabilization is the ban on fuel exports abroad. The government introduced it back in August 2025, and on January 31, 2026, extended it until the end of July. The decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. The ban covers gasoline, diesel fuel, marine fuel, and gas oils — a measure aimed at ensuring the country«s energy security.
NGS24.RU checked current prices in the Yandex.Zapravki service for several fuel station networks in Krasnoyarsk. The range turned out to be significant: AI-92 can be found for 59 rubles (about $0.62 at current rates) and for 66.70 rubles (about $0.70 at current rates) — a difference of almost 8 rubles per liter.
It is cheapest to refuel at 25 Chasov, NTS, Olmal, and Region 24 — there AI-92 costs 59–60 rubles (about $0.62–0.63 at current rates), and AI-95 — 63–64 rubles (about $0.66–0.67 at current rates). At Rosneft and Neftekom, it is slightly more expensive: 60–61 rubles for AI-92 and 64–65 for AI-95. However, at KNP and OPTI, prices are above average — 66–67 rubles per liter of AI-92.
With diesel fuel, the situation is different — it has practically not changed in price. According to Krasnoyarskstat, a liter of diesel costs 81.61 rubles (about $0.86 at current rates), in December it was 82.58. At fuel stations, prices vary from 74.90 to 88 rubles — winter and Arctic fuel are traditionally more expensive than regular.
Moreover, prices can differ even at different stations of the same network, so before a trip, it is better to check with the app.
Previously, the editorial office of NGS24.RU reported on how Gazprom Neft acquired the Krasnoyarsk fuel station network 25 Chasov. The stations were supposed to change their identity by December 1, 2025.
