Krasnodar Krai Ranked 48th in Gasoline Affordability in Russia

Krasnodar Krai ranked 48th in Russia in the gasoline affordability rating. With their net monthly salary, residents can buy 1,043 liters of fuel. The study only considered the price of AI-92 gasoline, which averages 62.18 rubles (approximately $0.65 at current rates) in the region. In 2025, it increased by 11%, according to the rating from RIA Rating.
Neighboring Rostov Oblast is in 58th place, where residents can buy 966 liters of AI-92 gasoline at 61.97 rubles (approximately $0.65) with their salary. Adygea is in 75th place — 866 liters at 62.42 rubles (approximately $0.66).
In first place for gasoline affordability in the country is Moscow — there residents can buy 2,528 liters with the average monthly salary. Moreover, gasoline in the capital is slightly cheaper — 61.43 rubles (approximately $0.65) per liter. Also at the top of the rating are:
Chukotka — 2,463 liters of AI-92 at 74 rubles (approximately $0.78);
Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug — 2,436 liters at 62.86 rubles (approximately $0.66);
Nenets Autonomous Okrug — 1,938 liters of AI-92 at 65.61 rubles (approximately $0.69);
Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug — 1,926 liters at 60.50 rubles (approximately $0.64);
Magadan Oblast — 1,925 liters of AI-92 at 77.48 rubles (approximately $0.82).
Closing the rating are the republics of the North Caucasus, where with the average monthly salary residents can buy little gasoline. On average across the country, a liter of AI-92 increased by 11.3% over the year — it costs around 61.39 rubles (approximately $0.65).

Previously, 93.RU compared data from mid-January and mid-December 2025 and found out that the average price of AI-92 in Krasnodar Krai increased by 11% (from 56.47 rubles (approximately $0.59) to 62.67 rubles (approximately $0.66) per liter). AI-95 increased by 10.5% (from 62.34 rubles (approximately $0.66) to 68.93 rubles (approximately $0.73)).
