A global failure has been recorded in the Astra registration system (Sirena-Travel) in Russia. The ability to register passengers and baggage has been temporarily limited, according to the press service of Krasnodar airport. Due to the failure, there may be adjustments to the flight schedule.

«The service provider is already taking measures to restore the system»s operation as soon as possible. Passenger registration during the recovery period is being carried out manually,« the press service clarified.

News of the global failure among Russian airlines emerged on the afternoon of January 26. It has affected all sales channels, including official websites, contact centers, and ticket offices. Passengers cannot buy, exchange, or return tickets. According to a source from «Ostorozhno, Novosti», the failure is planned to be resolved in the near future — the problem is that automatic data exchange between airlines and airports is not working.

Updated: the registration system has been restored, and the airport is operating normally. In the general and clean zones, hospitality service managers will help answer all questions. All current information can be found on the online board or on monitors in the terminal.
