Flight to Bodaybo returns to Irkutsk due to technical fault

An IrAero plane from Irkutsk to Bodaybo returned to the airport of the regional center due to a malfunction. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the Eastern Siberian Transport Prosecutor«s Office.
The incident occurred on January 26 around 16:00.
«The crew of the IrAero aircraft, operating flight RD-8259 to Bodaybo, reported a technical fault and return to the departure airfield,» the message states.
The plane landed safely at Irkutsk airport at 17:05. The prosecutor«s office is conducting a check of legislation on flight safety and passenger rights compliance.
Recall that in December, an IrAero flight from Bodaybo to Irkutsk was delayed for several days.
