Finisty trains to vanish from Perm suburban routes in February

Starting February 1, the Perm Suburban Company will replace the Finisty rolling stock with other electric trains. We explain why.

In the «Perm Electric Train» group on VKontakte, it was written that from February 1, ES104 series Finist electric trains will be replaced with other ET and ED series rolling stock. This will be done on routes served by JSC «Perm Suburban Company». The company says that the Finisty trains will be sent for service maintenance.

The press service of the Perm Suburban Company explained to 59.RU that the maintenance will be scheduled, and the trains are in good condition. The Finisty trains undergo this every year.

The company also clarifies that tickets for the electric train are issued without seat assignments, and their cost does not depend on the series of rolling stock. Therefore, refunds will not be possible. The Perm Suburban Company adds that it will try to return the Finist trains to their previous routes as soon as possible.
