Female driver killed in collision with KAMAZ truck in Arkhangelsk Region

The accident occurred on January 24 around 11:30 at the 472nd kilometer of the A-123 road Chekshino — Totma — Kotlas — Kuratovo. The woman was driving from Kotlas towards Koryazhma.

«The driver lost control and allowed the vehicle to enter the lane intended for oncoming traffic, where a collision occurred with a KAMAZ truck with a Schmitz semi-trailer moving in the opposite direction. The woman died at the scene before the arrival of emergency medical services,» reported the Arkhangelsk Region Traffic Police (GAI).
Recently near Severodvinsk, three cars collided — one of the drivers lost control and entered the oncoming lane.
