Authorities in Yaroslavl say electric buses are running less frequently due to abnormally low temperatures causing technical issues, after a resident complained about the No. 60 route.

In Yaroslavl, electric buses have started running less frequently. A local resident, Ekaterina, drew attention to the problem with electric transport. She wrote about it on the Telegram channel of Governor Mikhail Evraev on February 3.
«I ask you to pay attention to the operation of route No. 60, which runs with gaps in the schedule. Often it is not there at the scheduled time, and there is no way to track it online,» — the Yaroslavl resident complained.
The city administration commented on the situation.
«In conditions of abnormally low temperatures, electric buses are absent due to technical faults. Since all electric buses are under warranty, the waiting time for repairs is increased due to the approval of claim reports between the enterprise and the manufacturer for subsequent repairs,» — explained the city administration.
The manufacturer«s service department is working to eliminate the faults.
Recall that earlier the authorities explained why information boards at new public transport stops in Yaroslavl were not working.
