On Monday, July 20, a traffic accident occurred in Ryazan Oblast — a 74-year-old Moscow woman driving a Suzuki lost control. The car careened into a ditch and overturned, reported the Ryazan police.
The accident occurred around 4 a.m. at the 228th kilometer of the R-22 Caspian highway in Mikhailovsky District (Ryazan Oblast). The driver and her 77-year-old passenger were taken to the hospital with injuries.
An investigation into the accident is underway. The circumstances of the incident are being established.
In total over the past 24 hours, two road accidents were registered on the roads of Ryazan Oblast, in which three people received injuries of varying severity. Also, 31 accidents involving property damage were reported in the region.
