Chelyabinsk plans to launch a chatbot for complaints about non-working air conditioners in public transport. The issue was raised on Monday, 20 July, at a staff meeting in the city administration.
«We continue to receive residents« appeals regarding temperature control in public transport,» said Chelyabinsk head Alexei Loshkin. «In fact, this is a year-round issue. In winter, it»s about heating; in summer, it«s about air conditioning. Therefore, today I recommended that colleagues work on developing a chatbot, a feedback system to increase the speed of response regarding transport.»
It is assumed that passengers will be able to complain about all types of transport and any carrier, regardless of the company«s ownership form.
«So that we can start work on restoring these systems as quickly as possible,» explained Alexei Loshkin.
Recall that complaints about stuffiness in transport start every summer as soon as it gets hot outside. Problems arise both in trolleybuses and in buses. Moreover, this is usually a widespread issue.
