Boiling water spilled on the asphalt
Hot water has spilled onto the roads in the Central District of Omsk. A local driver recorded a video showing him driving along Ordzhonikidze Street and barely keeping control on the slippery asphalt. The footage was published on the Telegram channel «Incident Omsk».
Omsk resident outraged by road condition
«Water is flowing down Ordzhonikidze like a stream. It»s hot. A complete nightmare. Extremely slippery. I«m sliding on the brakes. The whole road is flooded with water,» the man said in the video.
Spilled water is visible on the asphalt, and drivers find it very difficult to keep their vehicles on the road. At the end of the video, the resident added that he barely managed to get moving.
Earlier, NGS55.RU reported that on the Left Bank, at 28 Rokossovskogo Street, a local resident filmed a collapse of the asphalt following an accident in the heating network. The footage shows thick steam rising from the hole, and the bubbling of boiling water can be heard. According to the resident, utility services billed residents for heating that they did not actually receive.
