In the coming 24 hours, Kuzbass will be hit by storm winds and heavy precipitation. The regional MChS (Russian Emergency Situations Ministry) issued an emergency warning on Tuesday, 21 July.
Heavy downpours, hail, severe thunderstorms, and gusty winds with speeds of 17–22 m/s will hit Kuzbass on the night of 22–23 July.
The MChS advises against approaching trees, unstable structures, and billboards, and also recommends keeping an eye on children and the elderly. In case of emergencies, call 112.
