Monday, July 20 will be cooler in the Arkhangelsk Region than the past weekend. A thunderstorm will pass through the region, and winds will strengthen.
According to forecasters from the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia (Gidromettsentr Rossii), the maximum air temperature will reach +16 degrees Celsius (61°F). The probability of precipitation is 70%.
«In the northern half of the region, an intensification of northeastern and northern winds with gusts of 15–17 m/s is expected,» reports Sevgidromet (Northern Hydrometeorological Service). «In the eastern half, a thunderstorm is expected.»
