According to the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution ‘Central Administration for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring’, during the daytime on July 20 and 21, 2026, abnormally hot weather is expected in some areas of Ryazan Oblast, Russia — thermometers will rise to +30…+31°C (+86…+88°F).
In connection with this, the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) for Ryazan Oblast appeals to residents with a strong request to observe safety measures and reminds them of the safety rules during high temperatures.
