Yugra Woman Who Lost 80 kg Shows Skin

Alyona Potapova from Khanty-Mansiysk, who lost almost 80 kg (176 lb), showed what her skin looks like now. According to the young woman, this is the question her followers ask most often. The woman from Yugra also told what insecurities she developed after her transformation.

According to Alyona, the most problematic area now is her stomach, where a large amount of skin formed after bariatric surgery.

“There is a very large amount of skin here, and there is also excess fat that I am trying to lose — 10–12 kg (22–26 lb). I can«t say the skin hasn»t tightened at all, but it hasn«t reached an ideal state, because, of course, it was stretched very badly. My maximum weight was 160 kg (353 lb). And that»s even though I still go for hardware massages and constantly apply all sorts of creams and oils,” Alyona shared. “My legs and arms have also sagged. I plan to have plastic surgery soon. But my skin doesn«t bother me at all right now. Because life has become much easier for me. I consider myself a fully fledged person now. In clothes, my stomach is practically invisible. And I look like an ordinary girl.”

Nevertheless, Alyona admitted that she still has some insecurities after losing weight.

“I have a big complex about the fact that I still feel huge. I don«t know how to get rid of it. I look at my ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos almost every day. It»s a drastic difference, but my brain still doesn«t grasp that I»m thin and small, and not that huge girl who looks like a scarf. I don«t know how to explain this to my brain, I try very hard, but I still can»t manage it.”
