Yekaterinburg resident Adel Ravilova has reached the semifinals of the international beauty contest "Top Stewardesses." The Ural Airlines flight attendant has worked in aviation for less than a year and entered the profession by chance.

Adel spent many years professionally in equestrian sports, competing and working as a coach. In February 2025, she saw a recruitment ad for flight attendants and decided to apply. She says her equestrian experience instilled discipline, responsibility, teamwork skills, and calmness in any situation — all qualities that have served her in the air.

She passed an online selection and interview. Soon, all contestants will travel to Moscow, where a jury will decide who advances to the final.
