What Former Orenburg Health Minister Tatyana Savinova Wears and What It Costs

Every year on January 25, every Tatyana in Russia becomes the day«s heroine. But in Yekaterinburg, there is one woman with this name who is constantly in the spotlight — this is Deputy Governor and Minister of Health of Sverdlovsk Region Tatyana Savinova, who has a direct connection to the Orenburg region. Recently, colleagues from E1.RU decided to compile a selection of five looks of this media-savvy official, and today we are showing it on 56.RU as well.

It turns out that Tatyana Leonidovna«s wardrobe is full of interesting items. We studied their prices and discussed the looks with stylists. We tell you how much the outfits cost and who they would suit.

Look with a Burberry Jacket

In April last year, Tatyana Savinova visited the site of the future children«s clinic DCHB No. 9 in Yekaterinburg. She came to the event in corduroy trousers and a black down jacket with a patch on the sleeve. This is the logo of the premium brand Burberry. Other brand elements are also visible on the inside of the hood: at the collar there are inserts with the recognizable beige check pattern. The official complemented the look with a construction helmet — a mandatory element when walking around a construction site.

Burberry is a British manufacturer of luxury clothing, accessories and perfume. The recognizable element is the check, which uses red, black, white and sand colors. In 1955, the fashion house became the official supplier to the Queen of England, and then to His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales.

Similar models are sold on the Oskelly website for 190,000 and 125,000 rubles (about $2,100 and $1,400 at current rates). Note that these are not identical jackets, but only very similar ones among this brand«s models. It is quite possible that Tatyana Savinova bought this item several years ago, and therefore it is no longer available in stock.

However, we found an identical jacket model on another site that sells not original items, but their exact copies. The replica costs not so much — only 35,000 rubles (about $390 at current rates). It can be ordered even cheaper from China via marketplaces. It is hard to determine whether Tatyana bought a fake or an original that is no longer produced. Even a professional stylist could not help us figure this out.

Look with an MIU MIU T-shirt

At the International Women«s Forum at the end of May 2025, Tatyana Savinova appeared in a T-shirt with the inscription MIU MIU. This is the logo of the Italian brand of women»s clothing and high-fashion accessories, owned by the company Prada. That day, the minister also wore a suit vest and gold accessories.

We again failed to find such a T-shirt of the original brand. On the same Oskelly website, we found a similar one, but without a bow. It costs 39,000 rubles (about $430 at current rates). An exact same T-shirt as the minister«s is available on marketplaces, but it is a fake, and it costs around 2,000 rubles (about $22 at current rates). Perhaps sellers copied a limited-edition brand item that is no longer sold. Or maybe Tatyana Savinova orders clothes on marketplaces, just like ordinary people who cannot afford luxury.

Look with Flowers on the Neck

If we cannot state anything about the T-shirt and jacket, we can confidently tell about the blazer in which Tatyana Savinova traveled to children«s camps in the Sverdlovsk region: it was ordered on a marketplace. They are no longer in stock, but its last price was recorded: 5,800 rubles (about $64 at current rates).

Tatyana Leonidovna complemented her look with a bright flower necklace and burgundy sneakers. We could not find exactly the same, but we know that the minister sometimes wears the Ash brand. It is quite possible that this pair was also bought there. On average, they cost about 15,000–25,000 rubles (about $170–$280 at current rates).

Look with a Black Jacket

During the announcement of the competition for the position of head of the regional hospital for war veterans, Tatyana Savinova was in a tweed black suit. Thanks to the unusual pattern near the zipper, we managed to identify the model. This is an item from Caterina Leman, a Swiss brand of women«s clothing in an elegant urban style. In Yekaterinburg, there is a store of this brand in »Greenwich«.

Previously, such a jacket cost 60,000 rubles (about $670 at current rates). Now it can be taken for 18,000 rubles (about $200 at current rates) with a discount. The skirt from the suit will cost less — only 9,000 rubles (about $100 at current rates). And before the markdown, it was sold for 32,000 rubles (about $360 at current rates). The models were developed in Switzerland, the fabric composition is almost half viscose and cotton.

Look with a Coral Blazer

One of the few suits in which Tatyana Savinova appeared in public more than once was also bought at Caterina Leman. This is a textured coral set made of viscose from the 2021 collection.

The skirt can no longer be found on online platforms, but the blazer is still available. Now there is a discount on it, you can buy one for 17,000 rubles (about $190 at current rates). Before the sale, it cost 41,000 rubles (about $460 at current rates).

In the same photo, you can notice a watch with an electronic dial on the minister«s hand. She appears in them at all events and does not change to other accessories. This is the Garmin brand, which is especially appreciated by runners and athletes. These watches count calories, analyze training efficiency, and sync with a computer to create personal programs.

The same watch as the minister«s can be found on marketplaces for 36,000 rubles (about $400 at current rates). The description states that the devices are equipped with an AMOLED display. More than 25 pre-installed training modes are available. There are functions for tracking heart rate and blood oxygen levels.

Stylist«s Assessment of the Looks

We decided to show Tatyana Savinova«s looks to a professional stylist. The expert in fashion and beauty, Anna Skorina, said that the minister knows how to choose clothes according to her status, and it»s far from being about brands.

«She is a bright brunette, she has a contrasting appearance, which allows her to wear complex looks and colors. She has a dramatic appearance type. Such a look, as with the coral jacket, fits her status and position well. In general, Tatyana Leonidovna looks status-worthy and impressive, her looks correspond to her type,» — the stylist believes.

We also asked the expert to help us determine the authenticity of the brands, but even she did not have a definite answer. If we judge only by appearance, then with equal probability it could be either a fake or an original from an old collection.
