Olga Perepletchikova
The video demonstrates exercises and eating habits for achieving such results.
Yekaterinburg resident Olga Perepletchikova — holder of the most powerful glutes in Russia and a bodybuilder competing in a category that especially values a strong lower body. She has been training in the gym since age 19 with no long breaks and believes the main secret lies in a deep love for the sport.
Anna often conducts outdoor workout sessions.
“Usually, girls have stricter preparation: overly tough diets, lots of cardio, and two hours of strength training. Some eat no carbs at all. I, on the other hand, have no restrictions — my shopping basket is free, and I can eat anything and still win competitions. Of course, the closer to the stage, the harder it gets because of the calorie deficit. But I never feel like coming home after a workout to just lie down and do nothing,” the athlete explains.
The blogger recently became a mother and quickly regained her pre-baby figure.
In the off-season, her routine is lighter — just two leg workouts a week and two hours of cardio. Strength training averages two hours, and cardio is three times for 40 minutes: either stairs, elliptical, or stepper.
Yulia«s beauty and slimness are a constant source of admiration online.
Anna Rot
Irina«s workouts include exotic routines like pilates sessions.
Fitness blogger Anna Rot has been active her whole life, but looking her best requires constant self-care. And she always starts with the same thing — controlling her diet.
“I don«t follow strict diets; I allow myself something sweet every day, but within reason. My diet mainly consists of proteins, lots of greens, and, of course, foods rich in carbohydrates. For a toned body, I focus on strength training. Another key point is sleep, because all recovery processes happen during sleep, and without it, you won»t achieve good shape,” the beauty told E1.RU.
The woman often shares her workouts and tips on social media. Recently, she talked about the rules she follows for a flat stomach. Among them — a sensible calorie deficit, working the deep abdominal muscles, proper posture, breath control, and reducing stress.
Ekaterina Murzina
Yekaterinburg resident Ekaterina Murzina works as a stretching trainer, trains herself at least twice a week, and treats sessions with clients as additional load.
“After having a child, my training routine changed drastically. I no longer chase a six-pack or bigger glutes; now it«s important for me that my body is not only toned but also healthy and functional. In my personal workouts, I focus on pelvic floor muscles, posture, and functional movements that help me stay an energetic mom and feel grounded in my body,” she says.
Ekaterina doesn«t count calories and follows a simple rule: every plate should have proteins, fats, complex carbs, and lots of fiber. Her favorite meal is breakfast. That»s when she can treat herself to a tasty croissant without guilt, because she knows the balance is maintained and the day will be active!
Yulia Lebedeva
Blogger and photographer Yulia Lebedeva loves to delight her followers with stunning photos. This striking brunette starts each new day with movement. In summer, that might be a walk or a short run outdoors with basic exercises, and in bad weather — a home workout with lymphatic drainage exercises on a foam roller, plus facial and body self-massage.
“Twice a week I attend group strength training. Besides that, I love cycling and walking a lot — for me, it«s not just about fitness but also about enjoyment. For nutrition, I follow intermittent fasting. I usually eat twice a day, with my first meal no earlier than noon. Early breakfasts simply don»t suit me,” says Yulia.
The beauty noted that she has no strict dietary restrictions — she doesn«t go on diets and believes that»s the secret to her success. You need to find a routine that works for you and maintain balance.
Irina Gnilitskaya
Food blogger Irina Gnilitskaya has been reviewing restaurants in Yekaterinburg for many years, and followers often ask how she eats out constantly without gaining weight. After years of frequent tastings, she has developed a few simple rules that keep her in shape.
“You need to burn more calories than you eat during the day, that«s all. I know my body well and don»t eat if I don«t feel like it. As for tastings — that»s a separate story. I won«t eat everything. I can try and leave the rest, but at first, when I started shooting, I ate everything out of greed. That affected the quality of my skin and body. Now I always exercise, get massages, attend various workouts, and prefer clean eating,” Irina shared.
A year ago, in an author column for E1.RU, Irina revealed these secrets and explained what to do to avoid gaining extra kilos. Read more in this article.
