Pedicure Demand Quintuples in Chita; Buccal Massage Popularity Rises
Analysis reveals that manicure services are highly favored by women in Chita, based on the data.
Demand for classic pedicures in Chita has increased fivefold over the past year, Chita.Ru reported on February 2, citing data from Avito.
Experts compared data for December 2025 and December 2024. In second place was buccal facial massage (an original method of intensive stimulation of the cheeks, lips, and nasolabial folds — Ed.) — demand for it rose threefold. In third place was facial cleansing, which became twice as popular over the year.
Avito also analyzed the demand for beauty services in Chita. In December 2025, the most interest was in gel polish manicure services. Second was nail extension services, and third was classic eyelash extensions.
The average cost for services in December was as follows:
- gel polish manicure — from 1,500 rubles (approximately $15 at current rates);
- nail extensions — from 2,000 rubles (approximately $20 at current rates);
- classic eyelash extensions — from 1,600 rubles (approximately $16 at current rates).
