‘Slava Klaus’ demolishes opponent in Miami bare-knuckle fight

On Saturday, July 18, a bare-knuckle fighting tournament took place in Miami. The main event of the evening was the fight between Vyacheslav ‘Slava Klaus’ Borshchev and former BKFS champion Alvin ‘El Bandito’ Brito.
Victory required great effort and determination over five rounds of the fight.

The final battle of the evening was magnificently staged. The host fully introduced the participants, Borshchev and Brito exchanged a friendly greeting before the fight — and the bout began.
The fight could please not only martial arts fans. Technical evasions, rare but impactful strikes, and masterful attacks impressed the judges, who unanimously awarded victory to the Russian athlete after five hard-fought rounds.
Recall, Vyacheslav started practicing kickboxing in 2000. In 2014, he graduated from the Volgograd Judicial Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with a degree in law. In 2009, he became the winner of the European Championship in the weight category up to 63.5 kg, K-1 division. In 2011, Vyacheslav became world champion. In 2012, he was captain of the Russian national kickboxing team in the K-1 division. However, several years ago, the Volgograd native seriously pursued the idea of getting into the American UFC promotion. He moved to America, where he began serious training. In 2022, Vyacheslav Borshchev knocked out his opponent, American Dakota Bush, celebrating the victory with a squat dance.
