RT-Capital Plans to 'Score' Another Debt Against Krylya Sovetov

The story of the multi-million debt of football club Krylya Sovetov continues. This is evidenced by information published on the website of the Moscow Arbitration Court.
On Monday, January 19, a lawsuit was filed by representatives of LLC RT-Capital. They demanded 145 million rubles (approximately $1.6 million at current rates) from the Samara athletes. How this claim amount was calculated is not yet known. There has also been no response from Krylya Sovetov so far.
This is already the second lawsuit between the Samara team and the «daughter» of Rostec (the State Corporation for the Promotion of the Development, Manufacture and Export of High-Tech Industrial Products). A year ago, a lawsuit from RT-Capital was filed in Moscow arbitration. They demanded the return of almost a billion rubles.
According to the plaintiffs, the main deadline for repayment of the debt expired back in 2016. The parties managed to negotiate for several years, but in the end, the creditors turned to the court.
To partially repay the debt, the House of Industry was put up for sale. A new owner for the building was found far from the first attempt. The auction was won by LLC PenzaTrakService with a bid of 320 million rubles. This money went to repay the debt to RT-Capital.
According to representatives of Krylya Sovetov, they have already managed to pay almost half — 535 million rubles. The club plans to transfer the remainder to the creditors by February 1, 2026. These deadlines were announced by the chairman of the board of directors of the team, Dmitry Yakovlev.
The enormous debt of Krylya Sovetov almost cost them their «spot» in the Russian Premier League. The club risked being relegated from the championship despite the season«s results. As a result, the Russian Football Union (RFU) imposed restrictions on the team. For two transfer windows (summer and winter), they were prohibited from buying footballers.
Despite this, the charges of coach Magomed Adiev continue preparing for the second part of the championship and the country«s cup. In early March 2026, Krylya Sovetov will have to play three matches at once — against Moscow and Makhachkala»s Dynamo (on March 1 and 8, respectively) and a match against Orenburg on March 4.
