Olympic Medalist Leads Free Master Class in Perm
Olympic bronze medalist Maxim Shabalin will hold a free figure skating master class on February 15 at the Bionord rink in Perm; advance registration is required.

The Winter Sports Festival (0+) continues in Perm — in mid-February, the main rink will once again host a figure skating master class (6+) with a famous skater. This time, an Olympic medalist from the Vancouver Games will visit.
On February 15, at the Bionord rink near Teatr-Teatar, skater Maxim Shabalin will conduct a master class. He competed in ice dance with Oksana Domnina. Maxim Shabalin is an Honored Master of Sports of Russia, world champion, two-time European champion, winner of the Grand Prix series, junior champion, and bronze medalist at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. The master class will run from 14:00 to 15:00. Participation is free, but advance registration on the Winter Sports Festival website is required.
Incidentally, in 2024 Maxim Shabalin performed at the Bionord rink with figure skater Elizaveta Semina.
