Irina Slutskaya Held Open Lesson on Ice at Flagpole

The event began with an open discussion covering topics of sports, health, and methods of maintaining physical fitness after leaving professional sports. In particular, Irina Slutskaya shared her personal experience of recovery after the birth of her third child. According to her, she was helped by a new Russian weight-loss drug whose active ingredient is tirzepatide, used under medical supervision.

Then the meeting moved to the ice. The athlete demonstrated basic figure skating elements accessible to people without special training and gave recommendations for beginners. Irina Slutskaya is a Honored Master of Sports of Russia. She has two Olympic medals, two world champion titles, and seven victories at European Championships. Today she is engaged in developing social and sports projects, including for children, the elderly, and people with diabetes, and advocates for popularizing medical knowledge and a healthy lifestyle.
