Hartley gives update on injured Lokomotiv players

Lokomotiv defeated Spartak with a score of 3:1. The match took place on February 4 at the Arena-2000 in Yaroslavl. After the game, at a press conference, Lokomotiv head coach Bob Hartley commented on the team«s performance.

«It was a good team win. Spartak opened the scoring, and one of the key moments was that we managed to tie the game immediately. The guys played well in the third period. They looked great. There were a couple of good moments during the penalty kill. Berezkin played a very good game. Isaev came up with saves. It was truly a team win,» Hartley emphasized.

Hartley also discussed when the injured players of the Yaroslavl team would return to action.

«We hope that Cherepanov will play after the break, and Nikulin is a bit further off. He has started skating, but he has an upper-body injury, so he won»t be ready yet,« shared the Lokomotiv head coach.

The next game (6+) of Lokomotiv will be away on February 10. The team will face the Dragons.
