In Tyumen, an auction was held for the right to purchase a building at 15 Sakko Street. It was listed for sale for just one ruble.
«The non-residential building is a cultural heritage site of regional significance, »Residential House from the Estate«. The building consists of two floors with a total area of 293.9 square meters,» the lot description stated.
Under the contract that was to be signed with the potential buyer, the new owner was required to restore the building. Design work must be completed within two years of purchase, and renovation within five years after the documentation is approved by the responsible regional committee. The lot price was just one ruble.
Three participants submitted applications for the auction — two individual entrepreneurs and one company. However, they were denied admission to the auction. According to the protocol, they all failed to provide the necessary documents.
