Rodina no more: Tyumen developer updates brand
Another Tyumen developer has changed its name: the company Rodina now operates under the brand Svoy Development. Representatives emphasize that the rebranding only affected the name, while the values — honesty, openness, love and care for the native city — remain the same. The developer will continue all ongoing projects and is not changing its key operating principles.

Rodina Development has been building residential neighborhoods in Tyumen since 2020. The company«s first flagship project — the Oklend residential complex — is located in the Novo-Gilyovsky district. In 2023, they launched the Avgust residential complex, a comfort-class development in Tyumenskaya Sloboda; in 2024, they began construction of the Svoy* residential complex in Zareka; and in 2025, the Khito* residential complex in the village of Dudareva (Tyumen region).
Svoy Development is a small and open company. The directors freely talk about starting their careers on construction sites, which gave them the necessary experience and expertise. They maintain communication with buyers, are ready to give advice and talk about quality. For example, executive director Oleg Rasseykin was an electrician and knows the field from the inside.
