Tyumen Developer Rodina Rebrands as Svoy Development
No more Rodina: the developer refreshes its brand
Another Tyumen developer has changed its name: Rodina now operates under the brand Svoy Development. Representatives emphasize: the rebranding affected only the name, while the values—honesty, openness, love and care for the native city—remained the same. The developer will continue all current projects and does not change its key working principles.

Rodina Development has been building residential neighborhoods in Tyumen since 2020. Its first flagship project—the residential complex Oakland—is located in the Novo-Gilevsky district. In 2023, the August complex was launched, a comfort-class complex in the Tyumen Sloboda; in 2024, construction began on the Svoy* complex in Zareka; and in 2025, the Hito* complex in the village of Dudareva.
Svoy Development is a small and open company. The directors freely tell that they started working on a construction site, which gave them the necessary experience and expertise. They maintain communication with buyers, are ready to give advice and talk about quality. For example, executive director Oleg Rasseykin was an electrician and knows the field from the inside.
