Ten top developers in Leningrad Oblast deliver 650,000 sq m housing in 2025
In 2025, ten largest developer companies in Leningrad Oblast put into operation over 650,000 square meters of housing. Among the leaders is ISG 'Mavis', and the top ten includes two new participants.

The total volume of housing introduced by the ten largest developers in Leningrad Oblast in 2025 exceeded 650,000 square meters.
Two new participants entered the top ten: Moscow-based GC «A101» with 41.9 thousand sq. m and «Group LSR» with 77.8 thousand sq. m.
The leader was ISG «Mavis» with 119 thousand sq. m.
Other companies in the top-10 include St. Petersburg developers Setl Group, GC «Lenstroytrest», Group CDS, GC «Trest», and «Polis», as well as two Moscow firms.
