In Surgut, keys have begun to be issued to shared-equity holders of the scandalous Building No. 2 in the Uyutny residential complex. The first owners are already settling into their own square meters. This was reported by the Yugra Shared-Equity Holders« Rights Protection Fund.

«We congratulate our dear shared-equity holders of the second Uyutny on the start of apartment handover, receiving the »golden keys,« and most importantly, on the new joyful status of »owner,«» the message states.
Recall that construction of the building in the Uyutny residential complex began eight years ago. After the bankruptcy of the initial developer, it became a long-term construction project. In May of last year, a contractor from Khanty-Mansiysk began work. He promised to complete construction in September, but due to «numerous deviations from the design documentation» made by the previous developer, the deadline was postponed to the end of 2025. In December, the building was commissioned and removed from the Unified Register of Problematic Objects.
