Steven Seagal's Mansion in Rublyovka Listed for Sale for 700 Million Rubles

American and Russian actor Steven Seagal has listed his luxurious house in the elite village «Konus» in Rublyovka for sale. He is asking 700 million rubles (approximately $7 million at current rates) for the mansion, reports SHOT.
According to the publication, the two-story cottage with an area of 500 square meters is built in a classic American style. Inside — 4 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a private cinema, a wine room, and even a separate room for suitcases. On the 1500-square-meter plot, there is also a guest house with a bathhouse and sauna. The village is guarded 24/7, and beaches are located nearby.
According to available data, Seagal purchased this mansion in 2018 for approximately 100 million rubles (about $1 million at current rates). The previous owner of the house was the former head of the Russian State Circus, Vladimir Shemyakin. As the actor explained, for the sale, «the time has come.»
In early December, the actor flew to Novosibirsk — during a press conference at TASS, he spoke about his 10-year Russian citizenship and the celebration of the New Year.
