Samolyet Tops Leningrad Region Developers in Housing Construction
The Moscow-based Samolyet group of companies took first place in the rating of developers in the Leningrad Region by volume of ongoing housing construction in 2025.

According to data from the analytical resource YRZ.rf, at the beginning of 2026, Samolyet GC had 938 thousand sq. m of residential real estate in active construction.
In second place with an indicator of 248.5 thousand sq. m was ISG Mavis. The bronze in the rating with 240 thousand sq. m of housing under construction went to the Setl Group holding.
Besides them, other companies, primarily from St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, also made it into the top ten. Among them are GC YEDINO, GC SSK, Akvilon Group, and GC KVS. Also in the top 10 is one developer from the Krasnodar Territory.
