Plans to build high-rises on the outskirts of Omsk

The new development area on the city's outskirts is planned to include schools and kindergartens, according to a draft resolution published by the mayor's office.

In Omsk, several more land plots have been allocated for integrated development. The areas are in the Leninsky district. The corresponding draft resolution has been published on the official website of the city«s mayor»s office.

According to the document, the area is bounded by Novokirpichnaya Street, Sibirsky Prospekt, Valentiny Bisyarinoy Street, the road to the settlement of Svetly, the federal highway M51, the Cherlaksky tract, and the border of the right-of-way for the southern railway line. The total development area is 765.45 hectares.

The territory is planned to accommodate multi-story buildings, two polyclinics (with 200 and 500 visits per shift), 5 kindergartens for 1,110 children, four schools for 4,132 students, as well as a parking area with garages and sports facilities. The district will be able to house about 36,000 people. The heating for the microdistrict will be provided by the boiler house of Omsktekhuglerod LLC.

Previously, NGS55.RU reported that the mayor«s office plans to build a new microdistrict. It will be located within the boundaries of Shebaldina Street, 13-ya Liniya, Omskaya Street, and A. Neybuta Street.
