One flat commands price of twenty Yekaterinburg flats
A residential complex under construction on Pervomayskaya Street 7 is the most expensive residential building in the city.
The gap between the cheapest and most expensive apartments in Yekaterinburg«s new builds is impressive. For instance, a studio in Kompressorny (a district of Yekaterinburg) can be bought via assignment for 2.95 million RUB ($32,800), while a three-room apartment in the center will cost 76 million RUB ($848,600). Considering that the price for one-bedroom apartments in the city starts at 4.2 million RUB, for that money you could buy 18 separate apartments!
There is an even more expensive option — a four-room apartment on the 48th floor of the «Iset» complex for 99,373,000 RUB ($1,104,100), but for this roundup we decided to include only residential complexes, so the top spot goes to the «Literary Clubhouse» on Pervomayskaya Street.
A three-room apartment with an area of 151 square meters is sold here for 76,375,800 RUB ($848,600). It is on the fourth of nine floors. The building will be handed over in the third quarter of this year, the apartment comes with pre-finish finishing.

In second place is the «Gogolya, 21» residential complex, which is being built on the site of the demolished «Carneol». An apartment of almost 150 square meters is sold here for 74,950,000 RUB ($832,800). The building will be completed in 2028, and the apartment will be handed over with pre-finish finishing.

Closing the top three most expensive residential complexes in Yekaterinburg is «Alexandrovsky Sad» on Tveritina Street. In the building that will be handed over at the end of this year, an apartment on the top floor is sold for 58,920,000 RUB ($654,700).

Closing the top five most expensive new builds in Yekaterinburg is the «Clubhouse of Engineer Yatessa» on Mikhail Ananyev Street. It was handed over last year, apartments here also have rough finish.
For a three-room apartment on the seventh of nine floors you will have to pay 49,560,000 RUB ($550,700). The area of the apartment is 129.1 square meters, and on the floor there will be only one neighbor.
