Omsk Business Center Sells for Almost 300 Million
The three-story Oscar business center is situated in a suburban residential district of Omsk.
In Omsk, the Oscar business center, located at the end of Dianova Street, has been put up for sale. The owner of the three-story building is asking 280 million rubles (approximately $2.8 million at current rates) for it.
«The building features various layout solutions, a cabin system, open-plan areas, which allows the space to be used for various activities (rental business, shopping center, exhibition halls, open office). The building has modern renovations, a video surveillance system, fire alarm, its own gas boiler house with a capacity of 2 megawatts, its own electrical substation, a spacious garage, and a large surface parking lot,» — according to the advertisement posted on Avito.
Previously, the business center housed the quite popular Oscar restaurant, owned by Omsk businessman Temuri Lataria. However, in May 2023, the establishment closed.
«The building is owned by a fairly large holding, which is likely planning investments in another direction. As for a discount, it is discussed with a real buyer in a face-to-face meeting. The seller is ready for negotiations,» explained a representative of the real estate agency handling the sale of the complex.
