Major developer to build two houses in Tyumen

Brusnika has engaged Izhevsk-based developer Talan in the construction of the Respubliki 205 residential complex in Tyumen. The decision is related to economic circumstances.
According to Brusnika«s press service, Talan will only take on the construction of two buildings out of the planned sixteen. At the same time, the previously approved master plan for the territory and the overall landscaping will be preserved.
Brusnika itself will build the remaining 14 houses in the residential complex.
Brusnika was founded in Tyumen, although it is legally registered in Yekaterinburg. Among its projects in the Tyumen region are the residential complexes «1A Pervomayskaya», «Novin», «Yevropeyskiy Kvartal», «Rechnoy Port», «Zareka», «Oktyabrskiy na Ture», «Na Minskoy», and others. The company is owned by Aleksey Krukovsky.
Developer Talan originates from Izhevsk, and its general director is Konstantin Makarov. The developer operates in 13 cities in Russia, including Tyumen, where it is currently building the residential complex «Novy Intellekt».
Brusnika explained: «The need for the deal is dictated primarily by economic circumstances. Given the current situation and the pressure of the credit portfolio, such cooperation will allow the project to be implemented within the planned time frame and at a high quality level.»
The company guarantees that all promised infrastructure facilities — commercial, cultural, social, including a kindergarten — will be built.
Separately, we note that in Tyumen over the past year, demand for new buildings has changed. Apartments with an area of 40–44 square meters, as well as compact formats without separation into kitchen, living room, and bedroom, have become the most popular.
