GC TOCHNO Extends SMO Promotion in Rostov Complex
GC TOCHNO (owner — businessman Nikolai Amosov) announced the extension of the «Gifts for Our SMO» promotion until February 23, 2026. Thus, special military operation (SMO) participants and their family members can purchase an apartment at the Stolicyno residential complex with a special discount, and also win a car.
One of Russia«s largest developers — GC TOCHNO — extended the promotion for SMO participants in its residential projects across the country. When purchasing an apartment, clients receive a discount of at least 10%, which applies regardless of payment method — military mortgage, standard mortgage, or purchase with own funds — and is combined with other special offers from the developer.
In addition, all promotion participants get a chance to win a JETOUR T2 car worth 3.6 million rubles ($40,000 at current rates).
Thus, at the Stolicyno residential complex, which GC TOCHNO is building in Rostov-on-Don, the discount on a two-bedroom apartment with an area of 51.39 sq. m for promotion participants will be almost 700,000 rubles ($7,800 at current rates).
«Stolicyno», which GC TOCHNO positions as a «neighborhood for life», is being built 350 meters from Rostov«s Mega. The project occupies 42 hectares and is designed for approximately 30,000 residents. Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with government members called support for SMO participants and their families one of the priority tasks. In 2025, in response to a call from Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Utilities Nikita Stasishin to provide housing discounts for SMO participants, developer TOCHNO was one of the first to respond by launching the «Gifts for Our SMO» promotion.
