Family Mortgage: Far Fewer Changes Than Feared

At the end of last year, everyone was talking about one family mortgage per family and a differentiated rate depending on the number of children. While the first point scared few, the second caused outrage among most. The terms were promised to be updated on February 1, 2026. Fortunately, the only change that took effect was a ban on issuing two subsidized housing loans to one family. And with only one change in effect for now, it«s a good time to think about a new apartment. Especially since you can now find excellent options with discounts of up to 1.5 million rubles (about $17,650 at current rates).

Between Blukhera and Barkhotskaya streets, the first of three buildings in Shartash Park is under construction—a quarter where the location dictated the concept.
