Etalon Group sales rise 45% in fourth quarter 2025
Etalon Group announced significant sales growth for the fourth quarter of 2025, with revenue increasing by 45% in monetary terms.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, Etalon Group recorded a 27% increase in sales by volume, reaching 200,500 square meters. Revenue in monetary terms rose by 45% to 44.5 billion rubles (approximately $445 million at current rates).
The premium segment showed the highest growth, with sales by volume increasing 2.8 times and in rubles threefold.
The average price per square meter of the company«s residential real estate increased to 361,000 rubles (about $3,600 at current rates), which is 24% higher than in the same period of 2024.
The volume of commissioned real estate surpassed the level of the fourth quarter of the previous year by 2.3 times, reaching nearly 170,000 square meters.
The share of mortgage transactions in total sales remained at 20%, attributed to the high proportion of the premium segment, which is less sensitive to changes in mortgage rates.
