Developer NVM Builds 20-Hectare Park in Krasnodar

The NVM group of companies continues to implement the project of the House 101 residential complex in the Prikubansky District of Krasnodar. The central element of the new residential space will be a multifunctional park covering 20 hectares, which promises to become a new attraction for residents.

The park, located in the northeast of Krasnodar, is designed as a modern public space capable of meeting the interests of residents of all ages. The developer is integrating green infrastructure adapted to the local landscape to create a comfortable environment for walks at any time of year. As the NVM group notes, the park’s key principle is its multitasking: it can adapt to any needs and moods.

The park space will be divided into themed zones so that fans of active recreation and adherents of quiet leisure do not interfere with each other. It will feature not only walking alleys with comfortable benches but also unusual facilities for a residential complex: an open-air amphitheater for events and a Ferris wheel.

Attention was also paid to fans of an active lifestyle — for them, the park will be equipped with a football field, basketball and volleyball courts, a tennis court, a skate park, and running and cycling paths. In addition, the developer included a fitness and wellness complex in the sports infrastructure. Barbecue areas will serve a recreational function, and in special sectors, residents will be able to walk their pets.

A church will also be built on the park grounds, and nearby — a spacious multi-level and surface parking lot.
