Comfort Technologies: GK TOCHNO signs supplier agreements

GK TOCHNO continues to expand its pool of strategic partners. In July 2026, the developer signed a number of new agreements with major Russian manufacturers to equip the Stolitsyno residential complex in Rostov-on-Don.

For GK TOCHNO, signing the new contracts is a continuation of its strategy of collaborating with strong market players to improve the product quality of its projects.

The developer’s new partners for the Rostov project are Stalnoy Stil LLC (Yoshkar-Ola, Russia; trading company Antares), OKNA FRAMUGA (Taganrog, Russia) and ZSK-DON LLC (Rostov-on-Don, Russia). Each company has its own production base and experience working with major developers.

Modern entrance doors from Stalnoy Stil LLC, as well as window systems and metal-plastic structures from OKNA FRAMUGA and ZSK-DON, provide a high level of apartment security, extra protection from outside noise and drafts, and create a comfortable indoor climate: in summer they heat up less, while in winter they retain heat. As a result, residents will get apartments that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also energy-efficient.

The new agreements are another step in the development of Stolitsyno, one of the largest residential complexes in Rostov Oblast. The project is being built on 42 hectares just 350 meters from the Mega shopping center. It will feature 18 comfort-plus buildings with 11,000 apartments. The new district is designed for nearly 30,000 residents.

The residential complex is divided into four neighborhoods: North, South, East and West, each with its own character and amenities.

The project includes an 8.4-hectare park, a school, two kindergartens, a polyclinic, a fitness club and a martial arts center. The pride of the complex is the 1.5-km Golden Ring promenade.
