According to Maria, people often don«t want to consider buying housing in buildings older than 1970. At the same time, such houses haven»t become cheaper.

«If a building is old, but the apartment is renovated very well, some people fall for someone else»s renovation, without thinking that the building is indeed old, and the utilities are worn out. People love beautiful apartments, and are generally ready to overpay to buy an apartment with renovation rather than without,« said Maria.
