Brusnika brings major developer for two Tyumen homes
Brusnika is building the Republics 205 complex and brought in Izhevsk developer Talan to build two houses.
In Tyumen, another company will be involved in building homes in the Republics 205 residential complex. Brusnika brought in developer Talan to the project. The developer made this move due to economic circumstances.
«Talan will build only 2 of the planned 16 houses. The previously approved master plan concept and overall landscaping will be provided,» Brusnika’s press service told 72.RU.
They clarified that they will build 14 houses themselves.
Brusnika is registered in Yekaterinburg but was founded in Tyumen. Their projects in our city include 1A Pervomayskaya, Novin, European Quarter, River Port, Republics 205, Zareka, Oktyabrsky on Tura, Na Minskoy, and others. Owner is Alexey Krukovsky.
Developer Talan was created in Izhevsk. General director is Konstantin Makarov. The developer is present in 13 cities, including Tyumen.
«The need for the deal is dictated primarily by economic circumstances. Given the current situation and the pressure of the credit portfolio, such cooperation will allow the project to be implemented on schedule and at a high quality level,» Brusnika explained.
They guaranteed the creation of the promised commercial, cultural, and social infrastructure, including the construction of a kindergarten.
