Authorities decide to demolish 70-year-old building on Tarskaya Street

In Omsk, another building has been declared unsafe. It is located at 151A Tarskaya Street. The corresponding resolution was signed by Mayor Sergei Shelest. The document appeared on the official website of the administration yesterday, January 30. Now, the house, built in 1957, must be demolished, and residents relocated by the end of December 2033.

“Recognize the apartment building located at the address: Omsk, Tarskaya Street, building 151A as unsafe and subject to demolition. Set the deadline for the relocation of individuals and legal entities from the apartment building to December 31, 2033,” the document states.

Monitoring the implementation of the decision has been assigned to First Deputy Mayor of Omsk and Director of the Property Relations Department Yevgeny Romanin.

Earlier, NGS55.RU reported on an incident that occurred yesterday in the unsafe building. There, in one of the apartments, the ceiling collapsed.
