130M Ruble Mansion with Swarovski Chandelier in Krasnodar

In Krasnodar, a mansion for 130 million rubles (approximately $1.4 million at current rates) has been listed for sale in the Dubinka microdistrict. The advertisement was published on a real estate website.

Interestingly, the same amount was paid for the Castle on Zaton (Zamok na Zatone) — the city administration bought it for a similar sum several years ago.

The property is a two-story brick house with an area of over 660 square meters (approx. 7,100 sq ft), built in 1995 on a plot of 8.5 sotki (0.085 hectares). The mansion has seven living rooms.

According to the advertiser, the interior design is in a style reminiscent of the Renaissance. However, the hall clearly shows neoclassicism, in a very palatial, ceremonial version with strong Empire style influences.

It features a fireplace, columns, pilasters, and a marble staircase, with a large custom-made chandelier of Swarovski crystals, imported from Austria, as the centerpiece of the hall.

The artistic parquet flooring is made of rare wood species — maple, ash, hornbeam, mahogany, and chestnut — inspired by the interiors of the Hermitage and Versailles.

The house includes two kitchen-living rooms, six bathrooms, a winter garden with access to a balcony, and a basement floor with a swimming pool, Finnish sauna, banquet hall, and a separate entrance for guests. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with Italian-made finishes and fixtures.

The mansion is connected to all central utilities, equipped with gas heating (Danish-made boiler), a water purification system, and is under 24-hour security. Blue spruce and junipers are planted on the grounds.

The listing also states that the property can be used not only as a private home but also for commercial purposes, such as a representative office or private residence.
