The mayor had to explain his policy for closing comments on social media posts.

The head of Samara did not ignore this remark.
«Andrey, comments are always open under the last two or three posts. I am not a blogger and cannot follow all topics at once,» explained Ivan Noskov.
Andrey said that he has long been unable to get a response to his appeals, which he has repeatedly left on the city head«s page, and complained about constant brush-offs.
«There«s no need to write the same thing in the comments under every post and in private messages. The issue of repairing the driveway on Pobeda Street is in the works, the plans will be checked and we will respond. Regarding the collapsed manholes on Zavodskoye Highway, you have already been answered. The owners will start work no earlier than spring,» stated the mayor of Samara.
