Another way has emerged to contact the governor of Samara Oblast, Vyacheslav Fedorishchev. The head of the region himself announced this.

«Dear residents of Samara Oblast! Several months ago, I started personally receiving your appeals in Max. Also, ministers of the regional government are receiving appeals from residents of Samara Oblast in Max — they have published contacts on their social media pages. We are expanding the practice of direct interaction with citizens. Starting today, all appeals for me can be sent in Max via a special number: +79278944590. Stay connected,» reported Vyacheslav Fedorishchev in his Max channel.

At the end of August 2025, the governor of Samara Oblast created his channel in the new messenger. A few days later, already at the beginning of September 2025, Vyacheslav Fedorishchev deleted his first channel in Telegram. And in mid-January, the governor again returned to this messenger.
