On January 19, American leader Donald Trump officially announced an invitation sent to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Trump proposed that Putin become a participant in the «Peace Council,» an international group created to find a peaceful solution to the conflict in the Gaza Strip.
«He was invited,» the U.S. president stated, responding to journalists« questions.
