Governor of the Kurgan region Vadim Shumkov once again described what Kurgan was like before he became head of the region, in his opinion. According to the head of the Trans-Urals, the city has now awakened from hibernation and shaken off the «long-standing cobwebs and patina of decay that had accumulated here, like in a crypt». He wrote about this in his Telegram channel.
