Pervouralsk Mayor Kabets Dismissed Over 'Piled Up Problems'

Governor Denis Pasler dismissed Pervouralsk Mayor Igor Kabets. He announced this on his Telegram channel, citing numerous problems in the municipality.

«Pervouralsk is one of the major industrial cities of the Middle Urals, which, despite serious support from enterprises and the opening of new industries, has only piled up problems in the management of urban economy in recent years,» Denis Pasler noted.

The governor also clarified that today the city duma will receive the necessary documents, and the process of appointing an acting mayor, followed by the election of a new mayor of Pervouralsk, will be launched.
