Omsk City Hall Starts Disclosing Department Heads’ Salaries
The city has published the salaries of the director and deputy chief accountant of the City Housing Center, who earn 79,600 rubles ($884) and 59,000 rubles ($656) per month, respectively.

The Omsk City Hall has begun disclosing the earnings of heads of structural divisions. The first to be published were salaries of the management of the Gorodskoy Zhilishchny Tsentr (City Housing Center) — Director Marina Zaborovskaya and her deputy, Chief Accountant Rada Voinkova.
According to the published information, Marina Zaborovskaya received an average monthly salary of 79,600 rubles ($884) in 2025, and Rada Voinkova nearly 59,000 rubles ($656). The City Housing Center is responsible for managing municipal property. It interacts with tenants of municipal apartments and collects rent from them.
Following the City Housing Center, information on the earnings of heads of other municipal organizations should soon appear. However, data on the income of city hall officials have not been published since 2022.
