Former Paramedic Valery Danilov Elected to Voronezh City Council

Valery Danilov is a 36-year-old deputy who serves on the healthcare and anti-corruption commissions in the Voronezh City Council.
Last year, elections were held in the Voronezh Region. Residents of the region elected deputies to the eighth convocation of the regional duma, while residents of Voronezh elected deputies to the sixth convocation of the city duma.
56 regional parliamentarians and 36 city deputies will determine the life of the region and its main city over the next five years. Who are they? Danilov represented the United Russia party in the elections. He won in single-mandate electoral district No. 14, which includes part of the Leninsky District. Below is a list of addresses included in the district.
Danilov received 1,408 votes—the worst result in the city among single-mandate deputies. In the duma, the deputy became vice-chairman of the commission for local self-government development, digitalization, deputy ethics, and anti-corruption. He also joined the standing commission on healthcare.
Valery Danilov was born on September 30, 1990, in Lipetsk. In 2013, he graduated from the Voronezh State Medical University named after N.N. Burdenko with a degree in «general medicine». He started working while still studying at the university—from 2010 to 2013, he was a paramedic at the emergency medical service substation in the Sovetsky District. Then for two years, he was a resident at the department of oncology, radiation therapy, and radiation diagnostics of VSMU. After residency, he spent four years as a postgraduate student at the same department.
In 2016, he underwent professional retraining at the department of healthcare organization and public health of VSMU. In 2023, he became a Candidate of Medical Sciences (PhD). He earned the degree by defending a dissertation on «Improving the activities of regional medical organizations providing medical care to the population in the field of oncology». Since 2024, he has been an assistant at the department of physical and rehabilitation medicine and geriatrics of VSMU.
Since 2015 to the present, Danilov has been deputy general director for organizational issues at the «Voronezh Regional Expert Center»—a company engaged in industrial safety expertise.
Since 2020 to the present, the deputy has been an individual entrepreneur, with the type of activity being technical control, testing, and analysis. According to Rusprofile, Valery Danilov is the founder and head of the company «SSM» (technical testing, research, analysis, and certification), as well as the founder of the company «SMU-70» (installation work of steel building structures).
He is unmarried and has no children.
According to the regional election commission, in 2024 Danilov earned 8.5 million rubles (approximately $85,000 at current rates)—about 713,000 rubles per month. Income sources: salary at the expert center, SSM and VSMU, income from individual entrepreneurship, and interest from deposits.

a land plot of 1,935 sq. m in Voronezh;
a land plot of 100,767 sq. m in Dmitryashevka, Khlevensky District, Lipetsk Region;
a land plot of 4,500 sq. m in the village of Novonikolskoye, Dankovsky District, Lipetsk Region;
a residential house of 302.1 sq. m in Ramon;
a residential house of 57.7 sq. m in the village of Novonikolskoye, Dankovsky District, Lipetsk Region;
apartments of 46.6 and 63.4 sq. m in Voronezh;
cars: Mitsubishi Outlander 2019, Toyota Land Cruiser 2019, Mitsubishi Pajero 2012, and Toyota Camry 2008;
a garage in Voronezh;
five premises with areas from 45 to 250 sq. m in Voronezh and Lipetsk Region;
a parking space in Voronezh.
Danilov has 239,000 rubles in bank accounts.
